Accordingly, the ready-mix concrete production unit of Soton Sazan Qods Company, named Pishgam Zagros Gharb, began its activities with the aim of producing standard ready-mix concrete and responding to the growing needs of construction projects.
With more than two decades of continuous and effective activity in the concrete and building materials industry, Pishgam Zagros Gharb Company has been able to become one of the capable and reputable companies in this field by relying on the technical knowledge, executive experience and relentless efforts of its employees. With a well-equipped quality control laboratory and the production of products in accordance with technical requirements and standard marks, this company has succeeded in providing its services to thousands of large and small projects in the private and public sectors and has attracted the satisfaction of a wide range of employers.
In order to develop its activities and complete the production chain, this complex launched a fully automatic production line for truss and chromite beams in 2009. This production unit currently plays an important role in meeting a major part of the region’s needs in the field of concrete heel beams and chromite beams, with a daily production capacity of 4,000 meters. The use of modern equipment, mechanized processes, and strict quality monitoring has resulted in the products of this department being produced in accordance with the valid standards of the construction industry in terms of quality, uniformity, and execution accuracy.
Western Zagros Pioneer Concrete Manufacturers Company (Western Concrete Industries) was established in 1993 and is currently known as one of the active and capable units in the field of ready-mix concrete production, benefiting from the valuable experiences of managers, expertise of engineers and experienced personnel. This company has a well-equipped quality control laboratory approved by the Standards Institute and is also under the cover and an official member of the Iranian Ready-mix Concrete Manufacturers Association and the Western Concrete Association of Tehran Province, which indicates the company’s adherence to professional principles, technical regulations and national standards.
The ready-mix concrete production department of this company, with the benefit of three fully automatic production lines and a daily production capacity of over 1000 cubic meters of standard ready-mix concrete, is fully prepared to supply concrete for residential, commercial, industrial and construction projects. Also, the presence of a cement storage silo with a capacity of 1200 tons has enabled a stable supply of raw materials and uninterrupted production. The concrete produced by this complex can be provided up to the C50 strength class and is designed and produced in accordance with the technical needs and implementation conditions of the projects.
In addition to the ready-mix concrete section, the automatic production unit for standard machine-made beams with concrete heels is also active as a complementary and ancillary section in the factory. With a daily production capacity of 1,000 meters of various beams, this unit has a significant contribution to meeting the needs of construction projects in the region and, by strictly observing technical standards, ensures the desired quality and uniformity of products. Also, the fully automatic production unit for various types of concrete parts, including blocks, paving stones, exposed parts and other concrete products, is on the agenda of the complex as a development plan in the near future and will be put into operation soon.
The concrete transportation and handling department of the factory also plays an important role in completing the project implementation process, with a day and night transportation license in all parts of the province. This department, with a fully automatic 60-ton scale, a fleet of 20 truck mixers, 4 compressors, and 4 ground and mast concrete pumps, is fully prepared to carry out concrete pouring operations in various projects. The presence of experienced and trained drivers and operators in this department has increased the accuracy, speed, and quality of concrete pouring operations and has significantly improved the company’s execution capacity.
